Decorative foils – stock program
Standard decorative PVC foil offered by MMT Sp. z o.o., are used in production of MDF elements on vacuum and membrane presses. They are perfect for many different applications, such as MDF furniture fronts, doors, window sills, wall panels and many more. Foils ensure high speed of production of ready elements, repeatability and durability of the final product. PVC foils are suitable for large, mass production of elements and for smaller production of elements for individual orders.
All products from our offer meet the highest European quality standards and are free of substances that are hazardous to health and banned on the European market.
PVC foils are available in the following thicknesses and widths:
- 0.35 mm x 1420 mm – matt foils (single-colored, wood-like, super matt)
- 0.45 mm x 1420 mm – high gloss foils
- 0.50 mm x 1420 mm – high gloss foils
Roll lenght:
- 100-120 m – matt foils (one-colored, wood-like, super matt)
- 180 m – white gloss 0.50
- 100-120 m – other high gloss foils (0.45 and 0.50 mm)
The shipment is carried out on a pallet, via courier company and is delivered within 48 hours.
Production orders
We can supply foils in non-standard thicknesses and widths:
- From 0.20 to 0.40 mm thick and from 1260 to 1420 mm wide – matt foils
- From 0.40 to 0.50 mm thick and from 1260 to 1420 mm wide – high gloss foils
We can also provide foils for flat 1D and 2D lamination, PET and PP foils, with anti-scratch coating, protective film etc.
